Thoughtfully designed with contemporary coastal décor, this home is ideal for family vacations or couples’ retreats. With 1,820 sq. ft. of spacious living space, your family will feel right at home. Kitchen is appointed with stainless steel oven, dishwasher and refrigerator and well-equipped with dishware, cookware and utensils. Dining room nearby with seating for six people and kitchen island with seating for two more. Spacious living room offers plenty natural light and great for friends or family gatherings. Master bedroom suite offers extra privacy with king bed a smart TV. Master bathroom has walk-in shower. Second bedroom with queen bed, desk, smart TV and plenty of closet space. Third bedroom has two twin beds, desk for your office needs. The second full bath is next to both bedrooms with a walk-in shower.

After a day at the beach, unwind in the screened-in lanai. Lounge on the comfortable seating, fire up the gas grill, and enjoy the serene Florida evenings. Washer and dryer in garage. Wifi internet and TVs in living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Enjoy walking to restaurants, bars and mini golf just down the street. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and cart are included for your convenience. Bikes, e-bikes, kayaks, paddle boards are available for rent and can be delivered before you arrive and returned after your stay.
