- No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. $250 violation fee applies.
- Lost Items: $25 handling fee + shipping for item returns.
- Heater Pool Fee: $150/per day. Only charged between November 1st - April 30th.
- Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
- Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures subject to a $50 fee.
- Starter Essentials: Complimentary starter pack of toiletries and paper goods provided (guests staying longer should plan to restock).
