  • When do I receive arrival instructions?

    Five days before your arrival, you will receive all necessary instructions (door codes, wifi passwords, etc.) to access the property.

  • How do I check-in to my rental property?

    We implement contactless check-in for all of our properties, using smart locks or lockboxes. That way, you have the convenience of arriving directly to the property without having to stop at an office to pick up keys.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.

  • May I request an early check-in or late check-out?

    Yes, we can try to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Our priority is to assure that there is enough time to complete our full clean and inspection to have the home ready for the next arriving guest.

  • Do you require Saturday only arrival and/or departures?

    No. We understand that everyone has different schedules, and so do airlines and other forms of transportation, and because of that we usually allow an ‘any day arrival’ for our homes. However, there are certain times of the year around holidays and peak dates where we do require a Saturday arrival, but that is not the norm.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Some of our properties are dog-friendly with limits on size, weight and quantity. We ask that you obey our pet policy and be respectful of the house and surroundings.Most public beaches prohibit pets. We are happy to instruct you on where your dog is welcome on the beach.

  • Can I request a mid-stay housekeeping during my trip?

    Absolutely. Our guest relations team can assist in scheduling your housekeeping needs. These services are charged.

  • What do I have to do at check-out?

    No list of tasks to complete before you leave! If you happen to leave before 10am, please text us so we can get our property care team started to get ready for the next arriving guest.
