Policies Guest Info

Dog-Friendly Only: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. No other pets permitted. Unauthorized pets = $300 fine.
No Smoking Indoors: A $250 fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
Forgot an Item? $25 handling fee + shipping applies for any returned items.
Extended Stays (21+ days): A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added.
Unapproved Late Check-Out: Subject to a $50 fee.
Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy

Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
