Dog-friendly only: $100 non-refundable pet fee (manually charged post-booking); unauthorized or non-dog pets will result in a $200 fine.
No smoking inside: $250 fine for violations.
Lost items: $25 handling fee + shipping.
Extended stays (21+ days): $50 long-term cleaning fee (manually charged).
Unauthorized late check-out: $50 fee.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy

Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
