- No smoking indoors: A $250 fee applies for violations.
- Left-behind items: A $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply for returns.
- Extended stays (over 21 days): A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually charged after confirmation.
- Unauthorized late check-outs: Will incur a $50 fee.

- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
