- Lost Items: Items left behind and requested for return will incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
- Extended Stays (21+ days): A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking.
- Early Check-In: Standard check-in is 4 PM. Guests may request early check-in the day before or day of arrival. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Guests must request late check-out the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each additional hour after 10 AM.
- Unapproved Late Check-Outs: $50 fine.
