House Rules Policies

Pet Policy: Dog-friendly only. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violation of the dog-only policy will result in a $200 fine.
No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will apply if violated.
Lost Items: Items left behind and requested for return will incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
Extended Stays (21+ days): A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking.
Early Check-In: Standard check-in is 4 PM. Guests may request early check-in the day before or day of arrival. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4 PM.
Late Check-Out: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Guests must request late check-out the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each additional hour after 10 AM.
Unapproved Late Check-Outs: $50 fine.
