Dog-Friendly Only (max 2 dogs): $100 non-refundable pet fee added manually within 2 weeks of arrival
Unauthorized pets or violations: $200 fine
No Smoking indoors: $250 fine applies
Left Items: Return shipping available for $25 handling fee + shipping
Extended Stays (21+ days): $50 long-term cleaning fee manually added after booking
Late Checkout: Unauthorized late checkouts incur a $50 fee

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy

Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
