Important Policies
- Dog-Friendly Only: A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations of our dog-only policy will result in a $200 fine
- No Smoking Indoors: A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected
- Lost Items: $25 handling fee + shipping applies for returned items
- Extended Stays: Reservations longer than 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, added manually after confirmation
- Late Check-Outs: A $50 fee will apply to any unapproved late check-outs
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
