Important Policies
- Dog-Friendly Only: A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violation of our dog-only policy will result in a $200 fine.
- No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will apply if smoking is detected.
- Lost Items: If an item is left behind and you d like it returned, a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
- Extended Stays: Reservations longer than 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee (manually added after confirmation).
- Late Check-Outs: A $50 fee applies to unapproved late check-outs.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
