House Policies
- Dog-Friendly Only: $100 non-refundable pet fee (manually charged post-booking). Unauthorized pets or policy violations will result in a $200 fine.

- Lost Found: Items can be returned upon request for a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
- Extended Stays: Stays over 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee (added manually after confirmation).
