Pet Policy

Dog-friendly only (max 2 dogs)
$150 non-refundable pet fee per stay (charged manually within two weeks of arrival)
Violation of dog-only policy will result in a $300 fine

House Rules Fees

No smoking indoors $250 violation fee
Lost item returns: $25 handling fee + shipping
Extended stays over 21 days require an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee
Unapproved late check-outs incur a $50 fee

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy

Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
