House Policies Fees
- No Pets Allowed: This property is not pet-friendly. A $300 fee will apply if violated.
- No Smoking Indoors: Strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will apply for violations.
- Lost Items: Returned items will incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
- Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee, applied manually after booking.
- Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures will incur a $50 fee.
