Important Policies:
- Dog-Friendly Only: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations of our dog-only policy will result in a $300 fine.
- No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $250 fee will be applied if smoking is detected.
- Lost Items: We are not responsible for items left behind. Return shipping will include a $25 handling fee plus postage.
- Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be applied to stays longer than 21 days.
- Late Check-Out: A $50 fee applies for unapproved late check-outs.
