- Pets: This home is dog-friendly only (max 2 dogs). A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be charged per reservation. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be invoiced separately within two weeks of arrival.
- No Smoking: A $250 fine will apply for any smoking inside the home.
- Lost Found: A $25 handling fee plus shipping costs will be charged for return of forgotten items.
- Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually invoiced after booking.
