Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy

Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, an additional $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, an additional $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.

House Rules Additional Fees

No smoking indoors ($250 fine applies)
Lost Found: $25 handling fee plus shipping for returned items
Stays over 21 days require an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee (charged manually after booking)

A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided; guests staying longer may need to restock.
