Important notes and policies
- Up to two dogs are permitted. A $150 pet fee per reservation is billed separately.
- Watercraft use is seasonal and subject to condition, weather, safety rules, and lake conditions. Guests should use the provided safety equipment.
- No washer, dryer, or dishwasher is located at the chalet. Coin-operated laundry at Charrette Creek Commons is generally available 6:00 AM 8:00 PM on a first-come basis.
- The home uses a septic system; guests should be mindful of water and waste use.
- No parties or events are permitted under Innsbrook guidelines.
- A one-time damage-protection fee covers up to $500 in accidental damage.
- Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
- Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
