House Policies Fees

Dog-Friendly Only: $150 non-refundable pet fee (added manually after booking). Unauthorized pets or non-dog animals will result in a $300 fee.
No Smoking Indoors: Strictly prohibited. A $500 cleaning fee applies for violations.
Lost Items: $25 handling fee plus shipping for returned belongings.
Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures will incur a $50 fee.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy

Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, an additional $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, an additional $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
