Shared Innsbrook access
Guests may use shared resort amenities including Lionshead Beach, hiking trails, the seasonal pool and lazy river, sports courts, fitness center, golf facilities, dining, boat rentals, playgrounds, and scheduled events. Resort amenities are not private; seasons, hours, fees, rental availability, and eligibility are controlled by Innsbrook and may change.
Important notes and policies
- No pets are permitted.
- The upper deck is not accessible; guests may use the private lower deck.
- No lifeguards are on duty; guests swim at their own risk.
- Wildlife and insects are part of the natural setting.
- A one-time damage-protection fee covers up to $500 in accidental damage.
- No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fee.
- Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
- Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
- Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
- Stays of 21 nights or longer incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
