House Rules Policies

Pet Policy: Small dogs only (under 25 lbs). $150 non-refundable fee per reservation, manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations of the pet policy will result in a $250 fine.
No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $250 fine.
Lost Items: Returned items are subject to a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
Extended Stays (21+ days): Additional $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added post-booking.
Early Check-In: Standard check-in is 4 PM. Guests may request early check-in the day before or day of arrival. If approved, $15/hour for each hour prior to 4 PM.
Late Check-Out: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Guests must request late check-out the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour for each additional hour after 10 AM.
Unapproved Late Check-Outs: $50 fine.
