THE SPACE
Copacabana’s bright, open-concept layout was designed to keep everyone connected. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, breathtaking water views, and a 75-inch Smart TV for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The beautifully updated kitchen features premium Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, generous counter space, cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare family meals. Gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats eight, while enjoying the Gulf as your backdrop.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Bedroom: King bed, private ensuite bathroom and comfortable coastal furnishings.
Second Bedroom: King bed with convenient access to the shared full bathroom.
Third Bedroom: Bunk room accommodating up to four guests—perfect for children or additional family members.
Copacabana includes two full bathrooms inside the home plus a convenient half bathroom near the covered lower patio, making it easy to freshen up after returning from the beach.
BEACHFRONT LIVING
Your beachfront backyard is the heart of the Copacabana experience. Walk directly from the property onto the sand, relax in a lounger, or enjoy an evening cookout on the gas grill while the sun disappears over the Gulf.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and assorted beach essentials are provided, so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying the water.
LOCATION
Copacabana is conveniently located near Bonita Beach restaurants, nightlife, and water-sport rentals. Walk to Doc’s Beach House for beachfront dining or rent jet skis and paddleboards for an adventure on the Gulf. Barefoot Beach, Lovers Key State Park, local shops, and many of Southwest Florida’s most popular restaurants are also nearby.
