Payment Policy
- A Security Deposit is due with signed contract to confirm reservation.
- Security Deposits vary by rental and range from $500-$2,000.
- Balance due as follows if booked more than 90-days prior to arrival:
- 50% due 90-days prior to arrival.
- 50% due 30-days prior to arrival.
- The exact amount of credit card fees will be charged. International credit card fees and exchange rate will be deducted from/added to amount charged. Fees will be deducted from Security Deposit after stay.
- Rental rates are not guaranteed until payment and confirmation of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Full-refund if canceled at least 60-days prior to arrival.
